I'm Avery, and I am a portrait and commercial photographer from Hudson, Wisconsin.  I have loved photography ever since I got my first disposable camera 15 years ago.  I have of course upgraded my equipment since then, but my kid-like wonder for this art form has remained the same.

 

Some other things I enjoy are digital illustration, graphic design, interior design, baking, thrifting, and spending time with family and friends!  You can usually find me at a coffee shop editing photos, wandering around local antique shops, or cuddling with my rescue cat, Daisy!

I think the most important part of my work
is collaboration with the client. I want to do everything I can to give you the photos of your dreams.  I love when client's provide me with inspiration photos, Pinterest boards, or even samples of my previous projects, to use as a reference to give you exactly what you are looking for.

During our session, I will frequently show you previews of the photos. This way, I can get instant feedback from you on what kinds of photos you like best, so we can get the most out of your session.

I know what it's like to feel nervous in front of the camera, so I will do everything I can to make you feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire session.
